They are: Tasman based recording artist Aly Cook, nominated Juice Television Dance Video of the Year 2001, New Zealand APRA Country Song of the Year 2005 & MLT Songwriting finalist 2007. Aly has had two music vids on the playlist of J2 Music channel in recent years. Chrissie Small ex Rick Bryant & the Jive Bombers 'Auckland' more recently news presenter on Mainland TV and Katy Holland of Top Nelson Irish Group The Cutty Wren & 70s rock band Zephyr. These 3 women are seasoned performers, with unique voices, who play a mix of original compositions and popular songs from artists as diverse as The Andrews Sisters ,Supertramp, Bonnie Raite and a love of kiwi covers like Sharon O'Neill & Breaks Co-op. All performed with rich 3 part harmonies. Ruby is self accompanied, with Guitars, Percussion and Mandolin. Ruby have only been together for a couple of months but have already performed some high profile shows locally including the Lantern Spectacular opening of the Sealord Summer Festival & The Twightlight Markets for Nelson Arts Marketing.
